In our series Running the Race, we heard Paul admonish us to run the race of faith with perseverance. However, you don’t just jump up one day and decide you are going to run a 5k or half marathon. You have to train for the race. You have to be conditioning your body to endure the rigors of the course. You must develop the appropriate muscles. If you want to prepare for a race the bench press might not be the best exercise. Today we will explore how to properly train for the race of faith.
